MY schedule

Before Tae BO, u can take some exercise like basketball,jogging,and so on to warm up your body)
Tae Bo Cardio Billy Blanks - 40 min
dumbell- rh :15 lh :15
just two XD
if can pumping*10 (too fat, hard to pumping )
3 meals a day ( amount of meals depend on yourself,
i keep have my 3 meals below 1500 cal)


Next,i would like to intro the Tae Bo Cardio Billy Blanks

TAEBO is a very nice cardio exersice...
it consume lot of cal,and it can help u to improve your physique
if u wish for a stronger physique,TAEBO is a good choice for you^^
